All profiles are set up by the agency, once membership applications have been verified.  There is no login process except for payment that is secured with the website having a security certificate in place.  Members request the profile number of those that interest them, directly to the agency's admin who by return, will supply the email address for the contact in question. It will be marked up on a member profile if they had been requested.  It allows a 'fairer' chance of a member finding someone special who had not been heavily requested.  The agency aims to have an equal number of men and female members with a limit set for membership, to allow the 'personal' touch in its service to the members.  Once the membership limit is reached, it will be closed to new customers until spaces become available.  This way, members wil be searching a couple of hundred profiles at the most rather than the thousands offered by most other agencies, that makes it more difficult to find that special soul mate.  The agency cares about helping people find their future happiness.
